Hi Martin,

Given your response and following our telephone conversation where I
suggested you pay a 3rd and final visit to review the works (as you took
the time to visit twice for the consultation prior to any cutting),
given your position I would like to let you know how bitterly
disappointed I am in your response. The Warren path will now take 10+
years to even start recovering from this!

Please don't tell me that the opinion of so many will be pushed aside
and allow harsh tree cutting to continue impacting the shelter for local
wild fowl, insect live and general look and feel of the warren path!

As there are still trees in question, please can you confirm where
things stand with regard to this?...

Dear Martin
As you are councillor of the environment, steering
the current work, recipient of the petition, and
the one who is ultimately responsible for
aknowledging, and acting upon it or otherwise, Im
sure the petitioners would be glad if you would
say why the petition has still not been fully
recognised and fully included into any consultation
Document, and if you wish it to stay that way.

Dear Ian

I understand that the injunction was dismissed. A written report is
being obtained on the condition of the tree and its future will be
reviewed again in the light of that.

Kind regards

Dear Martin
I would be glad if you deal with my last paragraph

MElengorn to VCable : "the works are very minor and, if it
would have
been anything but arcadia where the grant making bodies require
consultation,
would have been treated as ordinary tree management."
