Showing that all the early talks were before the partial correction of the ommission of the petition by Arcadia

all versions of the CD have the date 20070206 typed into the end of the files however the internal dates of the different files differ:

					regard to her talk with 
					Arcadia feb 12th and 
					the ommission:
	"we did go back to them with your 
	questions and  their answer from 
	them was that your comments
	were included in...the consultation 
	document as a whole. ...", 

	"...the answer we got back, that the 
	overall comments ..  of the consultation 
	documents were included in the 
	overall content of the consultation", 

(neither of these remarks are true of the published CD before feb 13th 1700hr and they seems to be making a confusion of personal comment and the petition)

(feb 12th. CH's first of 3 calls was at 14:55, last at 15:17)

The ommission of, followed by the inaccurate reference to , and the abscence
of the true aim of the petition, suggests a resistance to fully aknowledging the petition.

The retention of the original typed date is doubly deceptive as it conceals both the fact that work began before the 1st CD publication, and that the partial correction was made after Arcadia told CH that there was no ommission

This action of arcadia doesnt show the encouragement of more people to be involved in and make decisions about their heritage, which LHF requires of their grantees, if Arcadia are not conserving what they want, but suppressing the people's voice
