IM	i understood from TH (feb15) that 
	she'd be contacting the specialist about the
	sycamore on the bank here and she said 
	she'd do that and ring me back and arrange 
	a meeting where we'd all work something
	out and i havent heard from her
JD	do you want me to have a word 
	with her and fone you back		1	
IM	the thing is you've got the cutters
	out and that will be too late...
JD	i can fone TH up and have a word
	with her and tell her to hold off until she
	come down and talk to you		2

JD	I've just spoken to T, she's just come 
	back from on site from looking at a tree 
	with ac and he's reassessing it and he's
	going to write a small report this 
	afternoon in the mean time she's 
	instructed the tree guys not to touch that
	tree . until they get the report  back from 
	the AC				1
IM	when did they look at it		2

	you remember she said she'd get an AC 
	to check the tree			1

IM	and that she'd ring me when the meeting
	was arranged and we'd all hear about it

	today about it

R	she said it this morning, i dont know 
	where she's gone now
	
IM	ive been onto JD ... he said he'd contacted 
	TH and that she'd already rung you saying

R	er no, the last time i was told to leave it 
	was when the last time you and TH were
	out there. I havent been foned personally... 
	but as it stands yes TH said this morning
	to do it. but shes going to speak to you 
	first. I thought she was on the way down

IM	JD said that TH said that there was a Ac
	down here in the, well it'll have been in the
	last hour but i didnt see anyone	4
